Everytime I try to make an account somewhere, or post a youtube comment, I can't because the webpage says 'Could not set a referer, please....' When I went to about:config it kept saying its set to 2, If I reset, it changes back to 0, If I change the webpage I'm viewing. The only addons I have are: Adblock Iliimitux MaskMyIP Personas Plus Personas Rotator Youtube HD

If you do not keep changes after a restart, see:

Note that your System Details List shows that you have a user.js file in the profile folder.

The user.js file is only present if you or other software has created it, so normally it wouldn't be there.
You may want to check its content with a plain text editor if you didn't create this file yourself.

The user.js file is read on every start of Firefox and preferences set via this file will be set to the value specified in user.js on every start of Firefox and thus can only be changed temporarily for the current session.
