All of a sudden "Twitter" appears in my Firefox start-up window and I can't override it or delete it. I have no interest in using Twitter and find this a super annoyance and waste of time. Thanks for your help.

If the first suggestion doesn't help, could you describe where Twitter appears in a little more detail. Did it replace your home page? Is it on a toolbar or in a sidebar?

It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.

Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.
