We had a power interruption, when my iMAC (OS 10.6+) rebooted, all my ICONS tied to my bookmarks toolbar were gone, the Forward and Back arrows were gone. The tool bars now only display words, no ICONs or symbols. I tried a "reset" no luck. What happened?

Maybe you have the toolbar on text mode? Right click a empty spot on the tabbar (where tabs are at) and select customize, at the bottom of that window, switch text => Icons. Or delete the localstore.rdf file.

Try to remove the Firefox plist file (org.mozilla.firefox.plist).

Go to "~/Library/Preferences" and remove the plist file for Firefox (org.mozilla.firefox.plist)
