Hello,

After updating FF to 29.0.1 I no longer can swipe between pages using three fingers or do a quick scroll to the top of the page using three fingers.

Best regards, Anton

I found that after Firefox v29, a LOT of my settings and
add-ons were changed / reset. Try this; Start Firefox in Safe Mode
While you are in safe mode;
Firefox Options > Advanced > General.
Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.
Then check ALL of your settings. Browser and add-ons. Then restart.

Hello Fred,

I already tried this but it didn't solve my problem. Any other suggestions?

Try this. Start in safe mode. See if there is a problem and report back.

When I am in safe mood it works! I can both slide between pages with a three-finger swipe and move up and down on a page using three fingers. Does it mean that there is a bug? Can it be solved?

Thanks for your help!

Good news. One last thing. did you turn off Use Hardware Acceleration?

If the problem comes back;
It could be the work of one of your add-ons, or even add / mal-ware. Look thru your add-ons list and make sure you know what each one is there for. Also, Open the list of programs that is on your computer. Go thru the list and use a web search to check any that you don't know what they are.
