How to focus a web page with a single shortcut?

I like to use the keyboard, scroll web pages with arrows... If the page body loses the focus (e.g. pressing Alt+D) the only way (AFAIK) of focusing the page again is pressing Tab a few times until I can continue scrolling with the arrows. It would be nice to focus a page with a single shortcut, don't ya think?
