There are a lot of store websites that has different languages. I am Chinese but I set up my firefox in English and that's the only language but whenever I go to a website it will automatically go to the Chinese website.

Try set preferences to English webpages:

Some sites automatically redirect you to a site in the local language, based on where your IP locates you.

There is usually a link on such websites choose a language or go to an international version that allows to choose the language. Note that such a choice is stored in a cookie on your computer.

  • Create a cookie 'allow' exception to keep such cookies, especially in case of secure websites and when cookies expire when Firefox is closed.
  • Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: Exceptions
