I have Firefox 30.0 , My browser hangs up randomly . I follow all the guides under the https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-hangs-or-not-responding but not solve my problem.

Reset Firefox also doesn't help.

Hi avi, Having more than one version of a plugin installed should not cause a hang, but see if disabling the older one helps. Adobe PDF Plug-In For Firefox and Netscape 11.0.04 Adobe PDF Plug-In For Firefox and Netscape 10.1.8

Also sorry to hear that resetting the browser does not help. That would rule out addons or changed preferences. To further troubleshoot we can try a Malware scan or if there are consistent steps that cause it to hang. For example is it a start up hang, or does it always happen on a certain website?

Also, please update to the current version 31 :-) there was a hotfix that you may be encountering during the update.

I hope this helps.
