I can't seem to get any new email from TB. I'm on the latest version 31.4.0. I am able to get my Charter email on my phone and direct off the web. I have double checked the imap.charter.net:143 and smtp.charter.net:25. I did change my password yesterday online with Charter. Now, TB just sits and does nothing.

I get the following errors:

Timestamp: 1/27/2015 6:25:50 PM Error: An error occurred during a connection to imap.charter.net:143.

SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.

That's an issue with your mail server. Try using another port (you can confer with your mail server's responsibles) or investigate link below: https://www.digicert.com/ssl-support/apache-fix-common-ssl-errors.htm
