I have 2 email accounts on the same profile.

when I send an email from account 2, it appears that to the recipient that the email is from the default account ie account 1. So the reply is going to account 1> How can I fix this please?

Pay attention to which folder you have selected at the time you compose the e-mail. Thunderbird appears to use that for filling in the return address.
