How to play videos using SIlverlight plugin?
I am trying to watch videos using the HOOQ program. The Silverlight plugin is required when streaming videos. But every time I try to watch a movie or TV show, all I see is a blank screen and all the buttons don't work. What shall I do?
My OS is Windows 7 Ultimate Service Pack 1, and my Firefox version is 41.0.2. Thanks!

Whenever Firefox is told to use a plugin, it does so depending on if you have the plugin and it is allowed in the settings.
Type about:addons<enter> in the address bar to open the Add-ons Manager. Hot key; <Control>(Mac:<Command>) <Shift> A)
On the left side of the page, select Plugins. Make sure the ones you want to use are set to Ask or Allow.
Go to the web page. Once the page is loading, mouse to the address bar and Left click the icon. A window for displaying site information should come up. Select More Information. Now select Permissions. In the menu, Make sure the ones you want to use are set to Ask or Allow.
I did all of your instructions but to no avail. Do you have other tips/suggestions? Thanks for the response by the way. :)
