how do I transfer my address book to TB
new computer in Jan. with windows 10 installed. Missed having folders so recently downloaded Thunderbird for that feature. I want to transfer my address book rather than starting over.

You haven't told us what application you used previously to maintain your address book. As a general method, however, you would: 1) export your contacts data from the old address book 2) import the data into Thunderbird. Most address book apps can export and import data in 'comma separated values' (.csv) format; Thunderbird can also handle 'VCard format' (.vcf).
