I am the owner of a website i.e http://alexwebhosting.com Yesterday, One of my website users send me an email that he is having difficulty accessing my site. When I collected more information, I came to know he is using Windows XP and trying to access my site through laptop. When I myself tested my site using the same operating system, I also faced the similar issue. Is there any way we can fix this issue?

Was Firefox able to capture any crash reports on the XP systems? If you are getting the Mozilla Crash Reporter form, Firefox may have logged some data that would help track down the cause of the problem. You can submit that data to Mozilla and share it with forum volunteers to see whether it points to the solution. Please check the support article "Firefox crashes - asking for support" for steps to get those crash report IDs from the about:crashes page, and then post some of the recent ones here.
