I hope this 'add on' will be available soon. Maybe a lot of others run with multiple tabs open all the time, but I don't like the clutter.

For ref: Go to the Hide Tab Bar With One Tab page on the Add-ons website. This add-on will not work with Quantum.

This seems to work well if there is one : Can use google search terms : Firefox Extension <old extension name> Comparable
