Why do you think people like having their saved book marks trashed and all their passwords and automatic log ins to be destroyed because of your useless updates

All my saved passwords and logins destroyed

All my saved bookmarks are destroyed - I have lost access to everything book marked because you think it is a good idea to trash them - I have lost months of saved searches including property searches.

Before you trash peoples internet experience you should ask permission to make updates and explain what will be lost.

Why do Mozilla development teams think it is a good idea to make modifications that erase book marks as well as website addresses and logins.

Why do Mozilla Development teams think users have nothing better to do than duplicate years of search history and research because they have a total disregard for users needs.

Hi, sorry have had a issue with a corrupt Profile during the update which was for security and fixes. You still need to update to version 59.0.2 by the information sent.

Unfortunately Support Volunteers can't make changes to Firefox or ask the Mozilla development teams. To submit suggestions for new or changed features, may I suggest: Feedback: https://qsurvey.mozilla.com/s3/FirefoxInput/

As per all computers or programs it is standard to backup:

If you have on your desktop a folder called OldFirefoxProfile it is possible there is still information in it that is recoverable. Also please check here and see if your old Profile is still there :

If there is we can possibly help you.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
