I deleted my Gmail account on Thunderbird because I was having issues. I added it back to Thunderbird and the emails got imported fine but all my folders are gone. I can see them on Gmail on the browser. Is there a way to bring all these folders back to Thunderbird? Thanks Fran

Chosen solution

Right-click the account in the Folder Pane, Subscribe..., Refresh. Can you now place a check next to the folders?

Great. Thanks. It looks like I was looking at a greyed out Gmail folder. The inbox folder with the subfolders were there and closed. Thanks.

There are other tips for managing gmail accounts here:

Note the last sentence in the IMAP section: "Set tools -> account settings -> server settings -> advanced -> IMAP server directory to [Gmail] to fix problems with how it lists folders in the folder pane."
