Every time I open Firefox or select the home icon, Firefox's privacy Notice pops in a new tab. Most of my open tabs are related to this issue. Several Privacy tabs can become open at any time.

Read it and if remember somewhere on the bottom is something you can put a check mark and will never see it again.

It may have been added to your home page if not using Default New Tab.

So you would have your website you go to followed by a | and the address to the privacy notice twice. As that is how to open multiple tabs at start.
