Downloadhelper 7.3.5 was AUTOMATICALLY installed last night (8/1/2018). PRIOR to the installation, I could download youtube videos. AFTER the installation, I can't download ANYTHING including the videos that I was able to download successfully prior to this new version. Can you take this version back to the shop to fix it and give me back 7.3.4 which worked? Can you tell me how I am suppose to download videos now when this version does nothing?

Did you try to reinstall the extension?

You can find older versions here:

Thank you for your reply. I clicked on the link you provided and for version 7.3.4, I clicked on "Add to Firefox". So followed the steps from there, but where is it? I don't have the 3 balls. I disabled the 7.3.5 version. Do I have to remove it for the 7.3.4 version to come up?

You asked if I reinstalled the extension. I did go to the page to download it and did download it again; however, I did not remove the original download. If I want to reinstall the 7.3.5 again, do I remove it first and then reinstall? Or what? Thank you

It's best to uninstall any previous or failed addon before reinstalling it.

The vast majority of Extensions hosted at addons.mozilla.org are made by a third-party author or company as only a small number are from Mozilla like these.
