Why can't i update my shockwave flash player to play Just Words and why do I keep getting a message that says "a web page is slowing down your browser, what do?
When I try to update my Flash Player I get a message that says Firefox does not support my Adobe flash player. It will not tell me what one to try. It just has a whole list of flash player versions that it does not support. I can't play my favorite game Just Words. That's all I ask of my computer right now that I can not do. I try to play it and it crashes almost every time. It freezes up, wipes the game out or whatever so that I can not play it. I have tried to access Internet Explorer thinking it would let me play my game and when I click on it I get the message Can not find Firefox, etc. I am getting so frustrated with Firefox. My sister's husband said it was the best browser to use so I started using it a long time ago. Now I'm beginning to think I should completely uninstall it and use something else. A lot of the time when I'm trying to play my game it slows and stops working completely. Then I get the very hated message pop up that says, A web page is slowing down your browser, what do you want to do, with the choice of Stop it or wait. I have tried clicking both and nothing works. It keeps annoyingly popping back up and I am sick to death of it. What is wrong and what can I do to fix it please???

You seem to have two Flash plugins for Firefox: Shockwave Flash 11.6 r602 - an ancient version Shockwave Flash 32.0 r0
Adobe Flash is notorious for not always removing old Flash Plugin DLL files as part of a Flash program update. Sometimes the user needs to uninstall Flash completely and get a clean start.
First, grab the Adobe uninstaller from here: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html
2nd, get Flash here: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ Make sure that you deselect the "Optional offers".
Run the Flash uninstaller program, then reboot your PC. Then install the Plugin version of Flash. You'll then have a clean installation of Flash for Firefox.
