My computer is old,not much RAM,have terabite add on can I use it so I can utilize Firefox?

more options

I don't think my computers RAM will support Firefox enough to run it properly. I do have a Seagate 1 teribyte back up plus portable drive I can attach. If I plug it in can I download Firefox and expect it to run properly with this added drive? Also, should I down load the Firefox to this drive exclusively so only firefox runs on it so it doeswn't have any effect on my hard drive that is in my computer.

You could try using the Mozilla Firefox, Portable Edition from here: https://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox_portable

But if the lack of RAM is the problem, I doubt if that may help you very much, if at all. Neither a backup drive or a USB drive is going to fix the lack of RAM or a slow processor, Portable on an external drive is still going to use the version of Windows and the hardware on the PC those external drive are attached to.
