I need to export my 'mailbox' to change the service from my ISP, using Import/export tools, but 'Export folder with subfolders' is greyed out. How to do it?

I hope the question is clear, but I am not sure about the meaning of 'mailbox'. I have seven folders on the server and 14 local folders. I suppose I need to export and re-import all of them, but is there a way to do that in a single operation or do I have to export and re-import each folder separately?

If you select an account or Local Folders in the Folder Pane, the options for Tools/ImportExportTools are to 'Export all the folders' or 'Export all the folders (with structure)'. If you select a folder that has subfolders, the options include 'Export folder', 'Export folder with subfolders (with structure)' and 'Export folder with subfolders (simple)'. If a folder has no subfolders, the latter two options are greyed out.

Not sure what you mean by 'mailbox'. Is it an account with its subfolders or an Inbox? Experiment with the different options to see what they produce.
