Told to choose "Use custom settings for history" which I do, "Accept cookies from sites" box and "click OK" I can't find. Where are they?

Trying to get into my tax program that states "No cookies". I'm given the above directions. However, the last two requirements about checking the box and then "OK" do not exist/show in Firefox. Therefore, I can't access the program.

Hello mbang109,

That tax site is referring to settings in an older Firefox version ....

Would you please take a look at this article :

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/websites-say-cookies-are-blocked-unblock-them

and also :

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/enable-and-disable-cookies-website-preferences

Another thing you can do :

When you're on that site, click on the 'i' in a circle, next to the padlock at the left side of the address bar.

Then click on the little black arrow on the dropdown (next to 'Connection') and then on "More Information", which will take you to "Page Info".

Click on the 'Permissions" tab and scroll down to "Set Cookies". Uncheck "Use Default" and check "Allow".

Then close and restart Firefox.
