Firefox (Nightly) window is moving/jumping one pixel up when moving the mouse over a link or typing in a textbox

When I move the mouse over a link, or even during writing in this textarea, the whole window is moving up for one pixel (or so).

It only happens when the window is maximized.

I tried to record it with OBS Studio, but it does not happen when OBS is running.

It also occurs when using a fresh profile.

It does not happen in the current stable version of Firefox (68.0).

hi wsl, thanks for testing the nightly version - what you're seeing is likely https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1556634 - the last comments there contain a workaround until this webrender bug can be properly fixed...
