Hi, I keep getting the same email from 5/9 every time I open up Thunderbird and do not receive any other emails. I can access my emails on my phone but not on my pc so I know it has something to do with Thunderbird. I have been using Thunderbird for over two years on this same pc and then two days ago this started happening. I have not added anything new (including antivirus programs). I did go in and delete the previous popstate.dat files. There were four, one that said popstate.dat, popstate-1.dat, popstate-1.dat.msf and the one I left. You can see my email folder below: Thanks for any help.

Open the account in webmail and delete the offending message, and empty Trash and Spam/Bulk.
