It appears this is caused by a corrupt cookie. Try these steps.

1. Click on the three horizontal bars (bottom on iPhone, top on iPad). 2. Choose Settings 3. Data Management 4. Website Data 5. Use the Filter Sites box to locate the site 6. Tap the red circle, then Delete
