I am unable to send out emails from my thunderbird account (jdeiters@san.rr.com) Getting this error

An error occurred while sending mail: Outgoing server (SMTP) error. The server responded: EHLO 174.243.180.71 blocked. Please see https://www.spectrum.net/support/internet/understanding-email-error-codes for more information. AUP#Out-1080.

I contacted Spectrum and they were unable to help me. They directed me to this site.

Grateful for any insight you can provide

This email account has limited access to send emails based on suspicious activity. Blocks will expire based on the nature of the activity. If you’re a Spectrum customer, contact us to remove the block."

If your IP has been mistakenly flagged for suspicious activity, only Spectrum can correct it. 'Suspicious' could mean anything from sending too many messages to sending messages regarded as spam by having too many links or remote images.
