I'm in Amazon.com web site I have tried to play a video that I rented on line, but I get a message that reads (Firefox is installing components needed to play the audio or video on this page) please try again later. which have for the last two days since installing firefox as my net browser. What can I do to improve this or have the components install sooner? any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

This is Firefox installing Google's Widevine DRM. Check about:plugins and the about:addons plugins tab, and check that Widevine Content Decryption module is installed and is under click-to-play mode.
