I woke up today with the message: XML Parsing Error: No root element found. There have been other questions about this which have been resolved by uninstalling Firefox and reinstalling an older version. How do I do that when I cannot connect to the internet? Sorry, not a computer wiz.

Thank you for any help you can offer. I have a Samsung 8 running Firefox Focus. Este
