You can create a new Number pref on the about:config page and set its value to 100. In the search bar at the top of the about:config page, paste: ui.textScaleFactor From the three choices for a the type, select Number and click the '+' to create the new Number pref. Enter '100' for the value and click the blue confirm button.

  • about:config => ui.textScaleFactor = 100

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I accept the risk!" to continue.
