I had to switch web hosting providers. Since changing to name.com, my outgoing emails from Thunderbird associated with that account are being returned undeliverable as having been marked as spam or unable to authenticate. Copy of failed message attached, along with server settings. Also, this morning I received a notice from Zimbra requiring authentication? I have no idea what this is. Email sent from name.com dashboard are successfully sending.

I suggest you contact Zimbra about the account validation issue. On the name.com emails, verification from email host site is different from veirfication from user site.
