I have a very old computer with windows 7 and Thunderbird 11.5.14. 0 32 bit I have finally got a new computer with windows 11 and have installed Thunderbird 128.1 ESR 64 bit I tried to export from the old version but it will not install on the new version. How do I move my contacts from the old one to the new one - contacts are all I care about , I can get the email by logging in. There doesn't seem to be an export for just contacts.

Im willing to put them in something like xcel as a csv if needed. thanks for any help.

Dianne

I don't have a version that old, but if you click on the addressbook panel, and then highlight the addressbook, look for three dots to the right to see if there is an export option.
