I cannot download Firefox at all. I get a popup that asks me which program to use: with a list like Adobe Windows etc. No matter what I click it doesn't worrk.

Hello Joanna.

You can get Firefox from getfirefox.com. Just click the download button and the download should start. Save the installer to your computer. When it's done downloading, go to the folder where it's saved and open it. If you have issues installing Firefox, hopefully this support article is what you need:
