My HP printer has stopped printing from web pages but otherwise prints normally. I think it may respond to changing my firefox profile, but when I click on start menu/run and enter firefox-P I get a windows message that it doesn't recognise the file.

Anyone got a suggestion?

Try firefox.exe -P

Note that there is a space between firefox.exe and -P

I tried this but all it did was to bring up the firefox start page!

I have also installed the Java and Adobe updates but this has made no difference to the problem.

Should I think of doing a system restore......maybe back to last Xmas?!

Try

"c:\program files\mozilla firefox\firefox.exe" -P
