When I used to opened Internet Explorer 8, it would bring up a request to access the Internet, with the choice to access the Internet, including a choice of dial-up means -- phone line, or Rogers high-speed. When I closed IE8 browser, it would bring up a pop-up asking; Do you want to exit Internet? Now that I am opening Mozilla Firefox 3.6.8 browser, it access the Internet automatically. When I close the browser, it closes my Internet access.

How do I change this auto access/disconnect feature.?
