How i can export Xmarks settings (passwords, bookmarks) to import on Firefox Sync ?

Today, i use Xmarks and now, i hope to save all my settings on Xmarks to Firefox Sync (because Xmarks server will be shutdown on Janury 2011. How can export from Xmarks my passwords to import in Firefox Sync ?

At least for bookmarks you don't need to export anything. Just disable Xmarks and install Firefox Sync. Then ask Firefox Sync to synchronize the bookmarks, etc. that already exist in your browser and you're done. Of course, be sure you first synced with Xmarks so everything is up to date.
