Viruses were recently removed from computer by Norton. Font is now fuzzy/blurry on all web searches. How can I fix this?

I am running Windows Vista Ultimate on HP Pavillion Elite Desktop. Norton security recently remotely removed a virus attack. When they finished, the font displayed (when on Firefox) became fuzzy and blurry.
