i am changing from virgin cable to sky satellite service broad band. I do not wish to lose my contacts email addresses when i lose my usual telewest email address and get a new sky based e mail address. the change over to sky is immenent

How do you access your email -- on a Virgin web site or from a desktop program? If it's on the web site, you probably have to use whatever features are available within the webmail interface to extract your address book. I'm not familiar with it; perhaps they have a help section on that??
