How do I stop the endless prompts to update to version 6.0. I have no intention of upgrading any time in the near future because of possible incompatibilities with my employer's software.

I am getting a prompt to update to version 6.0 every time I open Firefox. I am already living dangerously because my employer has not certified version 5.0 as being compatible with our internal software. I cannot possibly update to 6.0 at this time.
