i can not click on any of the tabs within the bar across the webpage, such as on facebook, i can not click on log out , search or anyting in the blue bar, this is the same with every page

when i open any webpage such as facebook, my banking site, there is a bar across that page with items you can select, login, logout, search ect .I can not click on any of it, it will not respond. anywhere else on the page works fine.

That problem is caused by the Yahoo! Toolbar that extents too much downwards and covers the top part of the browser window and thus makes links in that part of the screen not clickable.
