Before I updated Firefox, I had a plugin that allowed me to open links in a new tab in the background with a simple right-click on the link. I've now tried Open Link in New Tab 0.1.2010121601 and Right Links 0.3.5.3. Does anyone know of a fix for the new Firefox? It is so convenient for opening different articles or pages at the same time. Thanks!

You can do that with a middle-click on links.
Hold down the Shift key to toggle the default background setting in "Firefox > Options > Tabs".

  • Tools > Options > Tabs: "When I open a link in a new tab, switch to it immediately"
