How do I bookmark a webpage overwriting previous bookmark for that webpage?

I read a lot of web comics, and constantly bookmark the latest days page. Instead of over-writing the old bookmark, Firefox creates a new bookmark; I DO NOT want that.

You will have to edit that bookmark and update the location field with the new URL.
You can do that via the right-click context menu (Properties) or by opening the bookmark in a tab and click the star on the location bar.
