On my desktop I am unable to load the secure sign in page for easyweb on the tdcanadatrust.com web site. IF I use Chrome or IE I do not have the problem. I am using Windows 7 with xmarks bookmark extensions in all browsers. If I use Firefox running on my Linux laptop the problem is not there. This issue has only occurred in the last couple days. Prior to this I have had no problem. A Norton virus scan showed no infection. Any suggestions?

Do you get any error messages or does that page stay blank?

  • Press "Cmd + Shift + R" (MAC)

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
