pogo games problem with Firefox 10

Some of the games at Pogo.com use pop up windows. When the window opens, the entire game is not showing - parts are cut off as in the sample below: http://graphicknowledge.com/ddhamm/pogo-game1.jpg

Even if I try to stretch the window, the game is still cut off: http://graphicknowledge.com/ddhamm/pogo-game2.jpg

I have tried to get Pogo Support (EA games) to answer this too.

Is it possible that the display is zoomed? With that window showing, try pressing Ctrl+0 (that's a zero) to reset the zoom level. You also could try Ctrl+- (that's a hyphen or a minus) to reduce the font/image size in that window.

No, the display is not zoomed, and it doesn't matter what resolution I use the same problem happens.
