What does the Adobe test site say?

Maybe check the location of other installed plugins to see if Flash is installed in the same location.

Hi, try to uninstall the adobe flash player and install a fresh copy of Flash Player . It's seems it not installed correctly. While installing close all your programs for smooth installation don't open any browser while installing it :)
