I just updated my mac to 13.0.1 HATE THE SHORT URL SPACE. How do I get the search bar to extend across the entire screen?
I exchange very long URLs with correspondents, and it is often important to view the entire URL at one glance. Now, the URL bar doesn't extend across the whole top of the screen. I want to dump the stupid Search bar and use that space for the URL bar, the way it was before. Firefox, this was a poor move. Haven't you ever heard of user-centered design? Just tell me how to dump that stupid search bar.

I'm on Mac as well, but I haven't seen any change to the size of the location bar. :-\
There are instructions in the following article for how to customize the toolbar: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/customize-firefox-controls-buttons-and-toolbars
Also, here's a neat trick:
If there are no items between the location bar and the search bar, you can hover the pointer in between them, and you'll get an indicator to resize the Location bar.
Can you attach a screenshot?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.
