I have time for a short answer. Known problem, developers working on. Uninstall Flash 11.3 with Addobe's uninstaller and reinstall FlashPlayer 10.3 or 11.2 instructions are in flash 11.3 crashes

Temp workaround only, watch for document updates, and the forum for revised solutions and a permanent fix.

Post back with how you get on.

Why is it not practical ?

The alternatives are harder, or you simply wait for a fix at some unknown future date.
