How do I stop Firefox from going to http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/15.0/firstrun/ every time I start Foxfire?

Every time I start Firefox, Firefox take me to http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/15.0/firstrun/. This is unacceptable. I tried changing my start page but that did not stop the http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/15.0/firstrun/ page from coming up. How do I prevent this from happening?

All appears to be working correctly now. Do not really know what happened but it is now working.

Previous suggestion was of NO help. Firefox still starts with two tabs; "Welcome to Firefox" (unwanted, intrusive, and annoying) and "Mozilla Firefox Start Page" ( the only tab/page I want when I start Firefox). Again, how do I eliminate, prevent the "Welcome to Firefox" page from loading at Firefox start? How do I prevent the "Know Your Rights" notification ribbon from showing up each time I start Firefox?
