We have burned several single songs that we have purchased from Amazon. As of the last months, we cannot get them to the windows burn a cd window. I try to download them, but I just get caught in a circle. I noticed that everything is mp3 now, but those used to burn to a cd. Has there been a major change with doing that?

Firefox doesn't burn CD's, so please find a Windows support forum that can help you.

This is an OS issue with windows and/or software you are using for your MP3's & not related to your Internet Browser, regardless of which one you are using (IE, FireFox, Chrome etc..)

Check out the site below, it's very helpful helpful with windows 7 issues & problems. It's non official thus community based such as the support forums here. Good luck.
