I am trying to remove firefox from my computer, it won't uninstall, I've visited your website, followed your instructions (manual remove) and can not accomplish that either.

are you trying to fix a problem in firefox by uninstalling it or are you really trying to uninstall it for good?

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.

If cor-el's suggestion doesn't help:

What exactly happens when you try to uninstall Firefox? The Uninstall Firefox from your computer KB article says,

If the Uninstall Wizard does not run, you can start it manually by running helper.exe, which is located in one of these locations by default:
(32-bit Windows) C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\uninstall\helper.exe
(64-bit Windows) C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\uninstall\helper.exe

Another possible solution is to reinstall Firefox "over the top" of your existing installation (download the Mozilla Firefox Setup.exe file from www.mozilla.org and run it) then uninstall Firefox.
