Email attachments will not open, but go to a save window, using GoDaddy webmail, and the problem does not occur using Chrome.

I use GoDaddy web based email. Using Firefox, when I click on a document attached to an email, this sends me to a save screen (windows 7), rather than opening the document. I do not have this problem using Chrome.

You can let Firefox know, l what to do with a certain kind of file, for instance open it instead of saving it. See the following arfticle:
