how can I add a vertical scroolbar to bookmarks in v25.0.1?
I have so far tried and failed to get a vertical scrollbar in bookmarks. I wish to use Firefox but IE is much better as it has a scrollbar for favorites so I can move quickly down the list etc.
I live in hope!

Usually Ctrl+Shift+b will open your bookmarks in a separate window, the Library dialog. The best approach really depends on your personal style of working.

If you have a widescreen display, maybe the Bookmarks Sidebar would be handy? You can open and close it using either:
- Ctrl+b
- View menu > Sidebar > Bookmarks
- toolbar button (looks like the drop-down menu toolbar button, except that it doesn't have the word Bookmarks next to it in the Customize dialog where you would find it and drag it to a convenient location)
To add a scroll bar to the drop-down menu, you can create a custom style rule or use an old add-on (the old add-on might require some manual updating). These threads have the details:
- Why can't I scroll in the bookmarks drop-down menu? It used to scroll, now it doesn't.
- The slider for Bookmarks Toolbar
Any luck?
not sure whether this is what you had in mind?!
using CTRL/shift/b gets me a scroolbar
